Internal Administrator Development Program, or IADP
Frequently a facility's problems can be traced back to ever changing Administration.
When leadership changes or needs to occur, a company or board will turn to a recruiter or job board to attempt to retain a licensed person from elsewhere. It’s what everyone does. However, bringing a licensed person from outside the local community is expensive, and has a very low success rate, for a variety of reasons.
Knowing this, Emerge has developed a plan to assist you in actually CURING the issues at hand. We call it our Internal Administrator Development Program, or IADP.
We have found most facilities have an employee or two who are dedicated to the facility and the area, but lack the license and experience to operate the facility. We identify this (or these) employee(s) and build a one year plan to get them licensed while gaining the real world experience to be successful by utilizing personalized testing and a course curriculum.
With this consistency, the facility can actually function and get past the revolving door of leadership repleat with its cyclic issues, which your staff is truly exhausted by.
